Zone Control

Optional vehicle controls can be defined via zones as an example:

Height restriction / weight limits / zone restricted velocity / load size dimension (insertion depth or load handling configuration) / operator identity & keyless operation.

Floor zones can be defined via RFID embedded in the floor just below the surface or coded by small dime sized magnets.

Typical use includes end of aisle slow down or stop with override (a feature recommended when traveling in aisle ending at the facility wall).

* Note magnets and RFID tag shown magnified - these items would be installed just below the floor surface in the appropriate aisle.
